Whats the difference between One to One lesson and One to One lesson price plan option?

The price plan option offers a discount on One to One lessons based on four lessons a month paid monthly in advance. You are able to cancel this subscription at anytime, if the plan is cancelled after the first lesson of each month then you will pay the standard One to One lesson price for any lessons during that period.

Do I need to register to use the site?
